Cookie and Cupcake Party


Our Halloween Cookie and Cupcake party went great today! Tim made alot of cookies. I made alot of icing and Tim and Carol had a fun time with the children! Thanks to all who attended and look forward to the Gingerbread House Decorating class we are having for kids on Saturday, December 12th from 1pm - 3pm.

We have added Ecousable Stainless Steel water bottles to our store. The line offers great colors and designs. Ecousable bottles are 100% BPA Free, as stainless steel contains no BPA and the plastic tops use only BPA Free Polypropylene #5 plastic. Hand wash with warm soapy water. For deep cleaning, once a week, rinse with white distilled vinegar or baking soda to keep your water tasting fresh. We carry the 16 and 10 ounce sizes.

We have received three flavors of B.T. McElrath chocolate bars. The 3oz bars retail for $3.75. The Salty Dog has butter toffee pieces in 70% dark chocolate with sea salt. The Prarie Dog has butter toffee pieces, toasted almonds and sea salt in 40% milk chocolate. The Chili Limon has dark and milk chocolate infused with chilies and lime. Yummy!

We received our Tom Douglas Turkey Rub today. The rub includes brown sugar, salt, coriander, orange peel, black pepper, thyme, and chipotle. Tom Douglas tips you to roast your turkey without stuffing and bake the stuffing in a casserole on the side. The turkey will roast faster and will be juicier. Your stuffing will not be soggy, but with a nice crisp top.

We have added Luna Roasters Coffee to our gourmet food line. Luna Roasters is located in Littleton, Colorado. We carry the Breakfast Blend, Bistro. Bistro is a full bodied medium-to-dark roast with sweet-tangy tones and a bright finish. We also carry the Dessert Blend, Draco. Draco is Luna's premier dark roast. Brining with Urban Accents

Holiday Staff Addition

We are so excited to have added Carol Lidenberg to our excellent team for the holidays. Carol comes from strong retail experience as the General Manager of Pottery Barn and has worked at Williams Sonoma. Along with Tim O'Dell, an excellent cook with vast knowledge of food and cooking, our staff grows stronger with our new addition. Tim worked four years at Sur la Table in California.
