The Giggling Greek, Anastasia Alexander will feature Bougatsa semolina custard with vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon baked in filo, topped with powdered sugar. The beauty of this dessert is that it is not too sweet and is healthy. The Giggling Greek will show preparation and will have one ready to taste......great fun and simple to do.
